Based in Nottinghamshire, Chris is an experienced dispute resolution professional with a background in senior management, Human Resources and training. He has particular expertise in conflict management, equality and diversity, and is a trainer, coach, mentor and strategic manager for the Royal Air Force, with an RAF career spanning more than 40 years.

Chris's background in management and leadership makes him the ideal mediator for your workplace conflict needs. Having 'lived experience' of the impact of badly-managed conflict, he understands the challenges faced by those in a dispute and wants to help you find the right way forward.

Chris has mediated between individuals and teams and is known for bringing people together and helping them better understand the essentials of communication and better working relationships. He is an established trainer with experience of delivering a wide range of courses to a diverse student body.

He has been praised for being a problem solver and leader, and has been instrumental in helping parties find positive ways of solving their disputes. Every mediation is underpinned by his blend of leadership experience and strong communication skills, along with his empathetic nature. Chris has the parties' interests at heart as he puts the people at the centre of the resolution process.

Antonia, an accredited mediator in civil, commercial, workplace, and SEN matters, has extensive HR and senior management experience.

Currently a Commercial Director in a family manufacturing business, Antonia also runs a dispute resolution company. She holds a Law LLB, MSc in Business Management, and is CIPD qualified.

Janine, a Civil and Employment mediator with 10+ years of Commercial Mediation teaching, advocates ADR.

With an LLM in International Law, advanced training, and a Psychology background, she excels in sensitive disputes. Janine is skilled in online mediation via Zoom or Teams.

Tracey, our Operations Manager, supports the mediation team while Chris is on RAF duties. She handles admin, course development, paperwork, invoices, and payments.

With over 30 years of experience as a teaching assistant, Tracey strengthens our training services.
